Our Step By Step Process

1. We clean your patio with heated pressure water and surface cleaners. Sometimes chemicals are involved in cases of rust or efflorescence. 

2. At this stage sand, caulking or required grouting repairs are performed.

3. Finally, after all preparations are completed we spray two layers of sealer on top. The sealer provides a layer of protection from water and other elements so your patio maintains its beautiful look for years. We offer wet or matte look sealers and recommend resealing every 3 to 5 years.
